I did find it easy to learn and use Image Processor to make some minor image adjustments, like adding a vignette, ‘popping’ highlights, sharpening, gaussian blur and increasing of contrast with Image Processor’s features.

I was never able to find the vignette settings to modify the vignette settings. I created an on/off slider above the image and selected Photoshop’s Radial Blur (and it created Radial Blur) several times, but no vignette was created. I tried the preset called “Vignette Correction”, but that did not work either. I created a new document and just started experimenting with Radial Blur. If your photo has partial color bands, it’s a good idea to use the Remove Color Flaws feature to make the viewer more aware of the banding. I created a Color Picker in Photoshop, and used the RGB channel picking tool to remove color along the banding edges, and then used Process > Desaturate (Photoshop’s equivalent of Levels) so that desaturation was applied to the non-flat area only. I could actually have used the Magic Wand tool, but the Color Picker gave me a good starting point for the desaturation process. You may want to erase the color bands once the desaturation has been applied so that the edges do not create intense contrast. If the edges are still noticeable after that, use a paint editor to adjust the grayscale channel in the image. Photoshop has many tools that can be used to mask the desaturated areas, but I do not want to get into the mechanics of the process. I hope you found it helpful.
